Pros

Diverse workforce who cares fully about the staff. Team oriented and results driven. Leadership is friendly, courteous and approachable. I love that the company practices fair wages throughout. Our executive team in unmatched. I actually have access whenever I need. I wouldn't change a thing!! Best move I've made in a long time.

Cons

I think we should bring our IT in house instead of using a MSP provider. Using a PEO instead of HR making all of the decisions.

Pros

Working from home two days a week

Cons

Executive Management up to the CEO and everyone down the line from there are toxic, high schoolish and do not care how the "regular" employees are treated. Working at this Company makes you feel like you're in grade school with all the bullying and rumors and lies that go on. And when one person decides they don't like you, they get everyone on board, make you an outcast and force you out. And HR is a joke! They don't help at all! Besides that, the way patients are treated is ethically a joke. I would NEVER waste my money on their plans or submit anyone, even people I don't care for, to be treated by this company! Drs leave rotten teeth in patients mouths, spend 5 minutes on a cleaning with just a scaler and regular tooth brush and refer practically everything out because most Drs are too lazy to do the work that the Company says they will do. This place is a joke all around!
