—-company culture - feels like family. Supervisors care about work/life balance —-meaningful work - providing care to an underserved and overlooked population is incredibly rewarding —-competitive pay & room for growth - both salary & bonus potential in conjunction with internal promotion opportunities are abundant

Cons

—-could be emotionally taxing at times because you can’t please everyone all the time —-at times a heavy workload but is balanced by flexibility and understanding that life happens
