Pros

PTO- Enjoyed the flexibility ( which is about to change unfortunately) Paid holidays.

Cons

Job Security - There is no job security in this company AT ALL, I feel at any minute people get let go and that makes working for the company a toxic and a insecure environment. High Turnover rate- There is a high turnover rate, people leave or get terminated left and right and then they go through a hiring process every week with new people on board. Communication and Misunderstandings- The communication in this company is non-existent. Some managers who are promoted don't seem qualified and fit to take on the positions as leaders I sometimes wonder if the company promotes a bunch of butt kissing people instead of the ones who truly show leadership qualities, when you go to a manager with a problem or concern they say " we have meeting after meeting" ALL DAY or just don't listen or respond to emails at all. As a member of your team I would hope you make time to mentor and help me become a better individual to make the company succeed. You will see how your employees will take initiative when working under a leader with those qualities. Some account managers and care advocates feel a little too entitled with the " I can do no wrong" attitude. Put that EGO aside for once and admit that you made a mistake, communicate better and lets get problems fixed as a team, NO ifs and buts and excuses and whys, its as simple as that! The constant whining from grown adults makes me feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of schoolyard kindergartners who unfortunately never mature! GROW UP seriously. Misunderstandings and problems occur when managers don't communicate effectively with their team. Some managers in this company are excellent at ignoring their employees needs.

Thank you for your feedback. Here at Aria Care Partners, we take pride in continually striving to be an employer of choice, and we apologize that you had a less than positive experience. Your feedback will help us as we continue to work toward building stronger communication strategies for all our employees. We have recently implemented several things to improve communication both departmentally and companywide, such as hosting monthly Town Hall calls to update all employees on current strategic plans, involving employees in steering committees to provide input on projects, and circulating a monthly newsletter that informs everyone of upcoming events, shout outs, etc. Additionally, we are providing our managers with more training opportunities and have maintained a better than industry standard employee retention rate. We continue to have a flexible PTO policy, which was recently enhanced to allow employees to reach next level tiers earlier and increased the amounts available. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best.

Pros

Pay with commission was good

Cons

Most gossipy and catty environment I’ve ever worked at. Managers were constantly loose lipped and would tell me things that were HR level information about different employees. Managers would compete with employees and not advance certain ones because of jealousy, would pit employees against each other. Incredibly toxic. Every month they purge employees but never address that they have left the company. Management is constantly changing roles and making impulsive changes but have no answers to questions regarding changes made. Completely unorganized and chaotic.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you had a less than positive experience during your time with our company. Regardless of what team one is on, it is our hope that all employees feel empowered, motivated, and recognized for their work. In an effort to provide more opportunities for growth and recognition, we are currently implementing tiered staffing models companywide to increase promotion opportunities based on demonstrated performance. We are also introducing a new peer to peer recognition program to increase the visibility of the good work being done on a daily basis. As a rapidly growing company, we are going through some exciting changes, and while change can be challenging at times, we are very fortunate to have such an adaptable team that is willing to pivot when necessary to improve and streamline our processes as we move forward on our journey to be the leader in our industry. Additionally, we are providing our managers with more training opportunities and have maintained a better than industry standard employee retention rate despite our rapid growth and subsequent changes. Again, we appreciate your feedback as it will help us as we continue to work toward reinforcing our core values of team work and standing for excellence. We wish you the very best.
