Fellow employees are friendly & helpful, and management is very caring. The company is growing quickly so business is fast-paced, but that creates an exciting atmosphere. I would recommend SDC as a company and employer!

A growing company with a lot of opportunity for upward mobility

Pros

The company is growing at a really fast rate so there is a lot of opportunity to take on tasks and projects to get promoted. The hours are flexible and there is work from home opportunity after you have been there 6 months in certain positions. Also you can really feel you are cared about as an individual and they strive their best to make their employees happy. 2 weeks PTO to start plus about 13 paid holidays including the week between Christmas and New Years. Overall I feel like a part of a team and my coworkers make coming to work everyday a pleasure.

Cons

With a lot of growth comes fast changes and sometimes high workload. Mostly growing pains but it's obvious everyone is doing their best.
