We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at Aria Care Partners. We're sorry to hear that your time with us was not positive. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the pay and the good doctor you worked with. However, it's concerning to hear your perception of focus on financials over patient and employee care. We strive to prioritize the well-being of our patients and employees and regret that you felt otherwise. Your feedback about management and the need for improvements in this area is noted, and we are committed to making changes that will enhance both patient and employee experience in the future.

Pros

None- avoid at all costs

Cons

-Toxic work enviornment. - Toxic management. -Eliminates peoples job roles, then renames the role and replaces with someone incompetent. -Not enough doctors and ancillary staff to cover all of their facilities. Fabricates reasons to cancel provider visits in order to keep collecting insurance premiums. - Works doctors and office staff to death to cover for poor management. - Management is incompetent from the top down. No one has a clue as to what they are doing.

Ensuring a positive work environment and effective management is a top priority for us, and we apologize for any distress you experienced.
