Better than starving to death.

Cons

Poor management. Poor communication, absolutely no incentive for being productive. No raises going on 5 years. Management will see this place burn before giving employees appropriate raises. Turn around rate is high because of this. Also forcing employees to work mandatory overtime for the last year with no materials to produce products with.
