      Decent benefits 401k match Hard to find enough to fill 20 words worth if space to be completely honest. The industries/customers they serve are exciting and fun

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. The upper management is generally unqualified and poorly suited for the industries they serve. General lack of knowledge of the customer and the products. Constant turmoil and "restructuring" leaves no sense of job security.

      they brought us cake and pizza in while they were forcing us to work 60+ hours

      the team lead is a complete jerk. made the entire job horrible. fires people for no reason.

      Paycheck every Friday, small but it's there.

      Cons

      Mid and Senior management are horrible. They walk around the factory looking for anything that they feel is wrong and then belittle the employees. Horrible working environment.
