      Hmmmm... five words is a lot.

      This place is a revolving door especially in marketing and IT. No one seems to be addressing the real issues in these areas... instead finding fault in those doing the work, chewing them up, spitting them out, starting over. The leaders are so out of touch with reality, making up the stories they tell themselves to feel better and justify. Anyone that amounts to anything leaves within 5 years to do bigger and better things. Don’t devote your time and energy to this dying company.

      Simple work, easy to learn multiple jobs

      Cons

      As with any manufacturing plant, office people matter and all of the hourlies are second class citizens. On hot days they take temprature readings near the nice air conditioned offices so you wont get breaks for being in a 120 degree plant. They pay horrible, less horrible now but still horrible. Busy season is six day weeks, with 9 hour days, then the lay offs start (like clockwork every year). Vacation is bad, attendance standards are okay, favoritism is a part of daily life here. Impossible to advance as an hourly. Coworkers have an 'I'll see if i feel like working tomorrow' attitude. Their culture is only used when they're trying to scold you for something, your bosses will blow up frequently.
