No possibilities for advancement. Logjam at the middle management level. Erratic schedule makes it impossible to plan family or personal time.

Pros

Great family and employee first atmosphere. Internship program was great at introducing us to all parts of the business. Interesting products. Engineering department is great and industrial design was an awesome (but somewhat independent) department while I was there. Food occasionally brought in by a food truck or local restaurant.

Cons

Constant restructuring! The company restructured twice in 3 years. This resulted in numerous lay offs and resignations of good people who did great work. There are a lot of “old guard” folks who try to keep the company stagnant. Also, Brillion is not a great town to work in. Maybe 2 lunch options within a 20 minute drive. Cops camp the county highways. In the summer the farms emit an ungodly manure stench the likes of which I have never smelled before or since.
