Pros

Work 4 10 hour days, good benefits, incentives, music through out the plant, pay is competitive, good people wanting to do good work.

Cons

Upper management works under a blanket of illusion, it seems that there is some approachability, but it is a very fine line on whether you are a chosen one. Company wants to be one of the great places to work, but comes at a price to the worker.

Pros

Benefits and vacation day 1 are a plus, overtime opportunities, 10 paid holidays, some employees there for over 40 years.

Cons

Oh boy, there's a lot. First of all there is no real training, at least in my area of the plant. Team leaders will throw new employees on a press with a set-up tech for training while knowing that the tech will have to leave several times during the day. I had better training at Burger King, both job and safety related. If you get hurt on the job, they yell at you for "not being safe" even though they won't teach you proper procedures. HR is a laughing stock, team leaders are more worried about baseball scores rather than the job at hand, there's never any profit sharing checks that they promise you and; they'll have you working directly below roofers, plumbers, and electricians. Overall, no one cares about you. You just make snowblowers.

Pros

My co-workers on 2nd shift.

Cons

NO LEADERSHIP!!! Tried to fire me because I have heat exhaustion, but was approved for FMLA. 2* MAke floor leads actually earn their $,instead of sitting in the manufacturing leaders office in the A/C, while the rest of us are working in 90° or above heat. 3. Heat index/humidity monitors on the floor have NOT been re-calibrated since 2014, and they can be set so that they cannot go over a certain temperature. 4. TOO MUCH FAVORTISM.
