      The vacation and time off benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management issues throughout the company from the very top to the floor. Those at the top are either out of touch and absent or want to tell everyone what to do and how to do it and look good for their boss. Very few know how to manage well - no role models to look to for sure. Trust is lacking everywhere, lots of backstabbing. People won’t speak up in fear of manager firing them before bonuses pay out.

      With in the department I was in there was a family atmosphere

      Management doesn't listen to it's employees. A lot of close door meetings. They don't live up to their own values.
