Pros

The work environment was improving for a short while but I think we now have it mastered. Packers night, rewards for good attendance, can wear shorts now, safety shoe reimbursement, food trucks, pride team events.

Cons

Feel like I am a thing, not a person. High politics, big boss bonuses are the goal, annual layoffs, run run far away.

Pros

Some of the nicest, most sincere people are the hardworking people on the shop floor. The end-product is surprisingly well-crafted, considering how many corners are cut in the process. A testimony to the work ethic there.

Cons

Upper management preaches the "Core Values" of Respect, Honesty, etc., but nothing could be further from the truth. Very cliquish, if you're not drinking the Kool-Ade, you won't be around long. The company claims that a goal is to become a "Great Place To Work," but the actual survey numbers are very, very low. The answer? All talk, no action. Their business model is unsustainable, and they know it. Expect big changes - not for the better.
