Ariens has a lot of nepotism and 'friends of' hires. There's a lot of cliques and sets you can either be part of or get owned. There is constant blame. Middle managers even set people up to fail. They try and be a big company but most of what they do you could do in your garage. There is a great message with their core values and most employees follow it or at least try - middle management does not. I have been working for 20-years and have never been threatened, written up, or cussed out - I sure was here multiple times and with upper managements complete knowledge and even encouragement. The day I left was a great relief. A year later I had a good job for more money where I didn't need a prescription to go in the door. They try and make the place look and sound good but it's just window dressing.

One of the worst turnover rates I have every worked with. They were up to 85% for a few years, now down to 65%. Very small group of co-workers between 5 to 15 years experience. Management seams to get new employees out of school or at cheaper wages, and then eliminate the higher wage employees. SAD !
