met some great guys in the past but a lot of point scorers there now shame could have been good

Cons

management is a joke very much a blame culture, a lot of new management are just passing the buck as they just dont know the product. all very well change the people or change the people but change the right ones. 200 machines in stock in march 90% with missing parts thats one piece flow going round in a circle

Complete lack of management organization, unclear expectations, assign way too much work for the amount you get paid and then they began implementing MANDATORY OVERTIME.

Rewarding experience that showed everybody worked together no matter what the circumstances were. It's a family atmosphere and environment that you are working in.

Cons

The work home life balance didn't necessarily work in your favour. It would have been nice to see some of the additional work being shared out to other team members.
