Pros

The company really motivates you to progress in your career. The top management, I think, truly wants you to like working there.....they say the culture is changing for the better.

Cons

HOWEVER, the middle management is on a mission, in general, (except for a FEW awesome people) to STOP any progressive thinking from going forward. The culture will never change with the current supervisors, they smile and nodd to their superiors and then laugh about it to their workers. It's pretty wild.

Pros

The work environment was improving for a short while but I think we now have it mastered. Packers night, rewards for good attendance, can wear shorts now, safety shoe reimbursement, food trucks, pride team events.

Cons

Feel like I am a thing, not a person. High politics, big boss bonuses are the goal, annual layoffs, run run far away.
