Pros
The team I worked with was phenomenal. They really embraced the company's core values. Smart and driven to get the job done.
Cons
The executive team doesn't seem to know how to plan. At all. Changes occur daily as if they threw spaghetti at the wall to see what would stick but wouldn't apply the changes long enough to know if they even made a difference. Every area in the company was short staffed and way over-worked. They preached about respecting the individual, but I didn't witness that. They are crushing really great, hardworking people. I feel sorry for the people left there after 2 years of huge staffing cuts. They certainly haven't cut the work, if anything it has quadrupled and become more chaotic.
