Family oriented company. Scalability within the company. Great benefits. Great team leaders.

Cons

Sales are depended on Mother Nature. No snow in the winter leads to a tough fiscal year. Same thing goes for the dry months and mowers.

A handful of good people there, and we finished early on a Friday!

Cons

Toxic working environment and zero leadership. Management were useless. All you heard was how things used to be done and how great it was back then.
