      Pros

      Very competitive market. The changes happening now, should of happen 15 years ago, the company would be in a stronger position in the market.

      Cons

      Always had a high turnover for lack of training from poor management,

      Thank you for taking the time to respond. We agree, many of the changes should have happened in the past. While we wish we can change the past, we can only change the future. Training was almost non-existent with Aries until now. The new training program with the foundational training and functional training will bridge that gap. Again, we wish we can train everyone in one day on all aspects of the training identified and documented, it just isn't feasible. We believe that this is going to make Aries even better.       Pros

      Can't think of a lot. The technology is cool, but the technology is cool at a lot of places, these days.

      Cons

      Huge personnel turnover over the past 5 years continues. Difficult leadership to work with. Constantly changing priorities. Pay and benefits are mediocre. Hope you like a lot of useless meetings, you'll get them here. Zero loyalty. Aries has fired numerous employees with long service.
