Business Outlook
Pros
Although we constantly have new projects and assignments, there's no micromanagement at least on my team. We can control the flow of our time as long as we meet deadlines. Everyone is also really supportive, so there's really no other negative aspects to the workload except the amount of work that comes through from time to time. There's also pretty frequent wellness events here including virtual fitness classes, health webinars, chair massages on-site, etc.
Cons
The only con I would say is that everyone is really busy here. If you want to learn, you need to be proactive and constantly reaching out
