Arista is by far the best company I have ever worked for. You get the opportunity to work with amazing people with great minds who are down to earth and always willing to help. I have also got the opportunity to learn so much in many different departments. If you are willing to learn and be a team player, Arista is willing to show you the way.

Very great experience so far. People are friendly and nice and ready to help. You get a chance to expand your skills set in a wide variety of ways. Management is good and they encourage people

Cons

Can't think of one right now. Well maybe hikes could be higher by a little margin. Otherwise don't think there are any concerns.
