      Flexible work environment and great members who can easily become your friends. Always provide technical challenges that are interesting.

      I haven't found any issues working here but sometimes the tasks can become boring.

      Overall a very nice environment geared towards technology and engineering. Friendly workplace.

      Cons

      Management is frugal in spending on basic stuff like RRSP contribution, healthcare, MSP. No policy for promotions or pay raise.
