> One of best companies to work for as a Network Engineer. > One gets to works of the latest Networking technologies with the best engineers who have in-depth understanding of networking technologies and platforms. > It has one of the best work cultures I have seen - everyone within and across the teams are easily approachable, friendly and ready to share the knowledge. > Managers and co-workers are extremely cooperative and there is no micromanagement. Overall, 5/5 for the type of work, culture, manager and coworkers.

At this point of time, I can not think of any cons. My overall experience at the company has been extremely good.

A steep learning curve and hence you a get a chance to learn more in a short span to time if you can keep up., which is good for your future enduover.

Cons

Close to zero reward and recognization, Steep Learning curve, each and every engineer here is dealing with multiple projects because the company does not want to hire more, and even if they hire old people are leaving because they are not happy with their work-life balance and rewards. Generally, there is 1 salary hike every 3 years if you get lucky you will get a 2 to 3% hike.
