Talented staff (but their creativity is crashed by beaurocracy and envy) Great CEO

Cons

Personal vendetta allowed, cultural freedom is almost forbiden. Personal envy prevails, it seems that everyone fears at least one other person in the company. Performance reviews are superficial and vague, with no recorded peer or management feedback (only a score). Bulling is part of business, and somehow cultured.

This is the place to work to build a successful technology career. You get to learn a lot and your efforts are truly appreciated. Great opportunities to grow if you perform well in this high-performance-culture (which management emphasises a lot and matches with their actions).

Cons

This is not a services company with thousands of employees. It's a hi-tech product company. You will feel the pressure if you are not willing to take the challenge of working in a product company (in that case you are better off in a big services company).

Good hours, Good pay, Great people to work with on your same level. Training is available though sometimes hard to get approved

Cons

Management's skill is outdated. The people working for them know the best practices that are current and can be stymied by the outdated processes. There is a constant tug of war for power between Australia and America.
