      Benefits and pay, working conditions might improve if they take the time to sort everything out,otherwise it's okay

      Cons

      Management does not have a clue Being a "valued employee" for 5 plus years,perfect attendance, requested PTO, it was denied,they knew the importance of the time off requested

      Good pay packets, good work life balance ! company paid trips to various places like Jim Corbett

      Cons

      Lots of them If you are in QA beware. One/two of your team mates will be leaving the organisation every month, and one will be fired. That's how the Maths Works. Employees are on a race to see who leaves this organisation first. company has a hire and fire culture and you never know one bad morning you will be called at 7 am for an urgent meeting and shown the door. If you have a friend in here, seriously do talk to him/her before joining. I've seen all my friends leave in the past 3 months.

      Pros

      Generally good people in the ranks, decent pay. Good facilities. Good working environment. Community involvement programs. Good design and development technology.

      Cons

      Poor morale. Poor senior management. Don't plan on staying long. If you don't leave on your own, you'll generally be shown the door within a few years. The programs designed to change the culture are just window dressing. Lots of politics.
