      Heart Breaking Appraisals

      I am unable to find any one after my 2 years of job here

      Cons

      Indian management thinks they are very smart. Every employee is given appraisal of 15-18%. The smart thing they have done is that they have increased the basic salary only by Rs 1k-2k and rest all in flexi (which we never due to stupid policies of management and TMF) . So in short still after 20 % hike i am getting only 1000 more of my inhand. No employee friendly policies at all. All good reviews below are from HR that i am pretty sure.

      Pros

      Good life balance as they are vey flexible with timings.Workwise projects are good and learning is high. Culture is awesome. People around are nice. Higher management very cooperative and understaning.
