Pros

Company has ties to major international consulting companies. This provides opportunities for contractors looking for work. When the company finally pays you, the payment is usually correct. The problem is the company doesn't pay on time.

Cons

Company owners appear to be more interested in growing revenue for the firm rather than paying contractors on time. The company routinely misses payment dates and seems to be very lax when it comes to taking care of its employees or contractors.

Prompt payment, flexible. They pay you what was promised, they dont take a big cut. Filles H1B and no hassle. Identifies your capapbilities and try to place you. Mostly Govt sector projects

Cons

- Should improve their medical insurance - Not many direct clients
