Pros

I have been working in this company for last three years and every thing looks good as of now. I could see a lot of changes. 1) Earlier less staf...now they have increased the head count. 2) Earlier medical insurance was not much benificial, now they came up with very good plan. 3) Employee caring is good. 4) I got the project with in 2 weeks....

Great, place to start your work as a consultant, flexible project allocation and excellent recruiting team. The companies management is supportive of the consultants.

Cons

Can provide with monthly newsletter to all consultants to know how the company is performing and projects undertaken
