Cons

You may be expected to take on responsibilities beyond your official job description. Management support can be limited, and there may be an unspoken expectation to go along with decisions without pushback, even when carrying a heavier workload. In my opinion, compensation isn’t always competitive and may vary based on individual circumstances.
