Thanks for providing feedback and please continue to do so. It’s great to know that you enjoy working with the people at Arity – we do, too! As with any start-up, we’re going to experience many twists and turns throughout our journey, but we continue to determine the best path forward the more we hear and learn from our experiences in the market. Our leadership team feels confident and excited about the direction we are headed. But what is critical to our success is that all employees understand where we’re headed and why. If at any time you have any uncertainty – talk to your manager, talk to senior leadership, talk to your peers – it is important that we are all aligned and motivated by our mission.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It’s important that our employees feel that they have multiple vehicles to deliver feedback, both formal and informal. We understand “corporate red tape” can be frustrating at times, however, with it comes stability, strength, and resources that other startups may not have access too. Blending those two types of cultures together is not easy, and it is always a journey to try and make a great opportunity for our employees to innovate and go in amazing directions. Please continue to share your feedback.

Pros

Arity is the first company that has actually encouraged me to develop job transferable skills to remain marketable -- they truly believe in investing in the individual and in the CEO's own words "If this isn't the right fit for you, that's okay, we want you to make the best choices you can make that work for your situation".

Cons

Big corporate red tape like any other big corporate company. At the end of the day, there's a lot of crappy start-ups that are glorified CRUD apps with no HR teams and creep bosses -- I'll take the "boring" corporate job over that any day of the week.

Our drive to live into and fulfill our mission, and deliver ultimate customer success starts with our employees and the products we build. We’re looking to hire passionate people who are empowered to not only change the mobility ecosystem but help shape how we work together. We encourage all employees to collaborate with your teams and share with your managers and leadership any ideas you have to help improve how we work together and build products.
