Pros

Loved working with members and helping people. Friendly atmosphere and generally a good working environment.

Cons

Quarterly reviews for every team member became burdensome. Politics played a huge deal and contributed to low employee morale.

great education/training. great work/life balance. competitive pay. good insurance and benefits. fun but professional environment. easy access to upper management. paid time off, sick days and days to volunteer. they help 7 habits of highly effective people workshops. have yet to come across a company that puts so much time and money into training their employees. Truly learned a lot.
