      Good Place for Graduate Student Work

      Pros

      I've been a Graduate Research Assistant for 3 years and am very pleased with the pay, benefits, and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback of working for the university is dealing with all the administrative processes. It is very cumbersome to get even the smallest things accomplished.

      They provide you amazing compensation and provide good health insurance coverage. They have a good system to promote people after evaluating them properly.

      Cons

      They have monotonous work for all employees. It is difficult to switch to a sun department or to change your daily work routine.
