      Pros

      flexibility with schedule, facilities are okay, some co-workers are fun to work with, given the opportunity to manage TAs and gain management skills, encouraged to do career development (but few opportunities exist for instructors through the university - most opportunities are for administration and business)

      Cons

      class sizes too large, administration continues to cut down on teaching employees, other instructor jobs are considering being replaced by teaching assistants and undergraduates, some coworkers aren't very cooperative, employment depends on department funding
