Pros

Nice weather, tuition benefit is good (if the classes are high quality, which is questionable).

Cons

The current explosive growth is NOT smart growth. This place functions as a greedy corporation. Very poor compensation, very little opportunity to grow, no cost of living increases, merit increases are very low and rarely occur. This place feels like a temp agency, working at Walmart or McDonald's. They don't care about quality control. It is easy for ASU to hire its own graduates with very little experience so there is always a warm body willing to fill a position.

Pros

Tuition reduction for furthering education for wmployees and immediate family. State retirement plan. Reasonable health ins premiums. Good amount of paid vacation and sick time.

Cons

No growth opportunity. They provide 'professional development' options that have nothing to do with actual job. People in the position about 2 years before moving on.
