Cons

Administration is horrible and it trickles down from the ring leader, This is a good ol boy company and you get promotions, bonuses and kudos by staying in their circle and good grace.

The opportunity to sit for the exam is good.

Cons

They literally want you to pull the sled. Meaning they will take every ounce you have to offer. Avoid if you are prone to burn out.

Pros

For me, Arkana was a great place to work. I left because I chose a different carrier path. Benefits and pay were outstanding. Great crew to work with. Most of staff and upper admin were friendly and easy to work with. Overall positive experience.

Cons

Every company is going to have some issue (either real or perceived). There are some drama queens and kings. Communication could be better. Mostly just the standard that you are going to find anywhere you work.
