Pros
This company takes care of its employees. Competitive benefits, monthly lunches for all employees, weekly yoga classes, monthly massages. Great wellness program and fair amount of Pto provided on a yearly rolling basis. The work we are doing is helping patients get quality quick results worldwide. I haven’t ever worked in a place that values it’s employees more than Arkana.
Cons
Heavy workloads and increasing business sometimes makes it difficult to keep up. Some teams have to stay late depending on the amount of cases as our company’s promise to its clients is a 24 hour turnaround. All that said, still a great place to work.
