      Pros

      Overtime often available in lab, great work culture/people, learn valuable histology skills

      Cons

      Work starts around 6:30 am for most people in lab (if you're not a morning person), might have to work more than 8 hours a day depending on case load (if you don't like overtime)

      Pros

      I'm not really sure where to start with the pros. It has been a wonderful experience since day one. From the moment I walked in the door, The onboarding process was very informative and actually enjoyable. Sitting down with all of the board members and having a genuine encounter was very nice. The environment of this company is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The people here are very friendly and seem to really want to see you succeed in what you do. The benefits are great, the pay is fair, and it's just been an all-around good experience for me so far. I'm looking forward to what the future brings within this company.

      Cons

      Parking. If you don't get in early you may have to do a little walking. If that's the worst thing I have to say about this company, I think they're doing pretty well.
