Pros
Arkana is an amazing company. We provide world class diagnostics to patients all over the country, and also do research and participate in educational activities. But aside from the amazing things we do for patients, it is the best place I have ever worked. They take such good care of all employees, including excellent pay and benefits. We have monthly company lunches and weekly yoga and massage sessions for all employees if you choose to (and I do!). But the best part is my co-workers - everyone is so nice and working towards a common goal of providing good patient care. We celebrate wins and pull together in a challenging situation. There is a culture of making changes when needed - everyone has a voice and good ideas come from all! I can't say enough nice things about Arkana. I have never been happier at work.
