Pros
Health insurance is 100% paid for a single person. Great PTO. Good ethics towards patients.
Cons
People with families have to pay a percentage of their health insurance. They fight to keep the wrong people employed there. People with less experience and less job duties get paid the same if not more than a "lead". They allow people to start drama and gossip way too much. Admin leads tell you to tell your "team" one thing then go behind your back and tell them the opposite. In leadership they expect you to not show any emotion and when you do, you get in trouble for it. HR is a joke. They allow people to gang up on someone and fault that 1 person for expressing and noting their bullying.
