Pros

Arkana is an extremely healthy business with lots of upside for high achievers. Benefits are great and most teams are really well connected.

Cons

No place is for everyone, Arkana is no different. If you struggle with autonomy or some ambiguity then it may not be a great fit.

Pros

Competitive Pay and Bonus Opportunities, Great Benefits (Notably the excessive amount of PTO and Healthcare Benefits), extra amenities (first Friday lunches, weekly chair massage and yoga classes to name a few), and wonderful coworkers.

Cons

Repetitive workflow isn't suitable for everyone. Also, I would rank communication on a scale of 3 out of 5 amongst the ranks, leaving room for improvement.
