      Pros

      The company really cares for their employees and works hard to go above and beyond. The owners are invested into all the employees, and they have some of the best benefits I have ever had.

      Cons

      They have some really difficult customers which make the work environment harder for some people, but they do what they can on their side to help the employees.

      They take an employee first stance in every day work and benefits. They expect the employees to bring their expertise and perform their role, and do not micro manage

      Cons

      Biggest issue they cant control, as a government contractor a lot of the work is driven by the government.
