They are driven by ethical practices, and honor to their employees. You can see their drive in all aspects. Unlike most owners and managers who are delegators, and do not know the details of their business, they are fully engaged at all hours of the day, nights, and weekends. They bend over backwards to ensure their customers are happy and so are their employees. Some of the best benefits I have seen, ever.
