- Leaders recognize and appreciate the efforts by employees. - Company is currently growing. - Good benefits provided. - Remote and hybrid available. Completely flexible as per the employee. - Good collaboration between cross functional teams. - Products are award winning in various categories. That motivates the team to work on next gen products. - HR teams are progressing towards very modern thoughts and embrace changes to certain degree.

Cons

- There is gap between executives, engineering and sales sometimes, leading to complexities. Nothing else that I can think of.

It is one of best company to work, I have been working here from 3+ years. I enjoyed working here the support from Mangament is very good, they encourage employee in learning new things which helps for employee growth and company growth.

Cons

I don't see much of cons but here I would like to add few things...When we are getting hikes it would be better to provide an email with salary breakup or hike letters can be uploaded in portal.
