Primarily fully remote with flexible work hours - Transparent and competitive bonus system - Generous Pension Plan above current market rates (company paying 12% on top of personal contribution) - Clear company strategy and goals which you can directly contribute to as it is a small company - Exposure to senior management and executives - Individual goals are reasonable and attainable - Innovation and product focused company - Great cross functional collaboration - Company success is celebrated and passed onto employees. - Regular on-site company events and celebrations

I really appreciate the leadership at Arlo. The company really looks to develop their employees and regularly checks in to make sure that everyone has what they need to succeed in their role. There are lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. As a remote employee, I have flexible work hours and the other benefits are also great.

Cons

Being a remote employee in a company with employees all around the world, of course can mean some late-night meetings which can impact work/ life balance. However, the company is flexible and understanding to accommodate so that you don't miss life's precious moments.

the office in canada is small so if everyone gets back to work then it might be difficult for network connectivity as the job depends on it. Hybrid will solve the problem
