Arlo is comparatively small public company that gives opportunity to make a real impact to the customer, business and even internally to the colleagues. There are many challenges readily available for you to pick and champion.

Cons

A little chaotic at the moment with many ongoing projects at the same time. The leadership is beginning into look into this, and hopefully things will stabilize in a few months.

Fast paced envorinment with insiprational leadership. Great technology and positioning in the market. Ability to influence and be a part of something that has a bright future. Company culture rewards hard work but also promotes from within and nurtures talent. Good compensation in line with the market.

Cons

Can come with prssure but no more than you would expect in a publicly traded company.
