Working on interesting projects Work culture is easy going. WFH with 2 days per week in the office. Total compensation is fair. HR annual reviews, processes, etc, not heavy handed

Terrible infighting at senior executive level. Senior management does not plan, hires without cause and then changes mandates and groups at the drop of a hat. Employees are treated poorly, even bullied
