Thanks for leaving a review! Our employees are what make ARM so great, and we're continually investing in the resources needed to keep it a great place to work. We've grown rapidly in the last few years, and had some growing pains with regards to processes and infrastructure, though we're working to improve on that as quickly as possible. The new ARM building in Cambridge should be breaking ground early in 2016 which when completed, should give everyone there a bit more elbow room. Thanks for leaving a review! Even though we're growing at a rapid pace, we're not immune to growing pains. Balancing growth vs revenue like you said is a necessary though we try to limit doing so as much as possible. A challenge is changing the mindset of software candidates in the industry is more than just a hardware company, when in reality, we are about 50% software now! That being said, every company has attrition, though we are quite proud our attrition rate is one of the lowest in the tech industry! -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager
