- Good Salary and RSU’s - Peers are supportive and some of them excellent technically which is good - Chance to work on cutting edge technologies
Cons
- Silent and inherent racism - Managers are toxic and technically worst, ready to sacrifice their reports to keep their positions safe. - Cross site politics with Cambridge always having the upper hand - Diversity and Inclusion is a big joke, just used as a show-off. - Promotions are difficult and there is no growth beyond Grade 5. - To survive, you need to master the art of pretending to work rather than working and also show how others don't work. - HR folks are mere puppets. - Company has sacrificed its European culture and moved to a American culture where execution is more important than quality or perfection.
