      Arm is at the centre of innovation. Anything new that Arm is working on is an opportunity for someone at any stage of their career to adapt, learn and grow. I have truly enjoyed the last few years especially with the rapid growth and innovation within Arm.

      With rapid growth comes chaos. Please ignore the noise and focus on the bigger picture.

      Working on interesting projects Work culture is easy going. WFH with 2 days per week in the office. Total compensation is fair. HR annual reviews, processes, etc, not heavy handed
