Though the pace can be strenuous at times, we truly believe in work/life balance with generous PTO/holidays as well as a flexible working environment. Thanks for leaving a review! A lot of initiatives are driven from Cambridge as that is our Headquarters, but each of our design centers contribute ideas, which has gotten ARM to where it is today. Regarding Career Development, I encourage you to speak with your line manager, as he or she will be the one who recommends you for a promotion to the next grade level. I also recommend that you visit the Talent Development Intranet page, which contains a wealth of information on how you can improve on certain skills. Also, all ARM employees have access to courses on Lynda.com which you can take, ranging from coding related to soft skills like public speaking. -Rick C.
