While the base salary may be slightly lower, we strive to pay within the 75% band, meaning you can expect to make more than 75% of your peers in the industry in a similar role/level. Once you factor in the additional benefits (Launch Award, Annual Bonus, Health/Dental, etc.) the total compensation is quite competitive with the market.
